General Information
Please know I do not do weddings, newborn, or birth photography. However, I am honored to know several very talented photographers who do and, am more than happy to provide a recommendation for these session types!

ALL SENIOR/INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY sessions are ALL-INCLUSIVE meaning you will receive your photos via digital download with a print release.
You may choose to print any photos in your gallery through our online store for an additional fee. Although not required with an all inclusive session, we do offer this option as some of our clients have reported the quality of our prints surpassing that of other labs, offering them peace of mind.
Keep in mind when you schedule that outdoor sessions are best when scheduled 1 to 2 hours BEFORE sunset for optimal lighting. I will advise the time of sunset and our start time when planning and confirming your booking the week of the shoot since sunset times are seasonal.
ALL INCLUSIVE SENIOR/INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY sessions require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure your date on my calendar. Upon receipt of the deposit, a contract will be emailed to you. This contract must be returned to Stringer Photography via email prior to our booked date.

**I highly encourage the team/club to establish ONE POINT OF CONTACT who will fluidly communicate with Stringer Photography. This individual will be responsible for securing a date and, one (1) rain date, will complete the contract, provide the non-refundable deposit, and will provide on-going communication pertaining to the scheduled photoshoot as necessary. This point of contact will be the individual to receive email notification when the team/club's gallery is ready for viewing.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Lizton, Indiana (46149) and am willing to travel.
Clients will be responsible for a non-refundable $50 travel fee when I must travel more than 50 miles from my home location. An additioanl non-refundable $25 will be assigned to each additional 50 mile increment of travel. The travel fee is calculated at the time of booking and is due in full upon payment of retainer and signing of the photography agreement.
When will we get our photos?
SENIORS/INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES: Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season in which I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery, share them, and choose your favorites. With this digital download, you will receive a print release.
ATHLETICS/CLUBS: The point of contact between Stringer Photography and the team/club will receive an email notification that the photo gallery is ready for viewing - within 3 weeks of the photo shoot (sometimes less depending on the season in which I photograph your team/club). This email will contain a link directly to the gallery and, is designed to be forwarded by the team/club point of contact to the team/club members.
** It is the team/club point of contact's responsibility to email their team/club members that the gallery is ready for viewing and print/print product purchases. The gallery will remain available for 90 days. Once 90 days has past, any parent/guardian needing access to the gallery will incur a $20 re-send fee. Once this fee is received, Stringer Photography will re-send the gallery to the email provided by the parent/guardian. (This fee is due to limitations on gallery space online and, to ensure that team/club members get their photos ordered within the season).
Team/club prints/print products are ordered from the printing lab as received. Orders are generally received by the customer within 2 weeks of order via Stringer Photography's web store.
How many pictures will we receive?
SENIOR/INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY SESSION: You will receive, at minimum, 50 (color & black and white) fully edited high resolution images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and, more significant photos to tell your story.
ATHLETICS/CLUBS: The team/club board/point of contact with Stringer Photography will receive digital downloads of the group photo(s) taken. They will not receive individual athlete/club member photos.
Parents/guardians of athletes/club members may purchase digital downloads and/or any print/print products they like via Stringer Photography when in the gallery.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?
SENIOR/INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY: When you book a senior, individual, or family session, you will receive the entire gallery via digital download. You will save this gallery to your computer and have permanent access to your downloaded files to print all that you like!
ATHLETICS/CLUBS: Your parents/guardians will have online access to the team's photo gallery and, may either purchase photos as digital downloads and/or may purchase products such as prints, memory mates, buttons, magnets, and bag tags directly through my online store.
These products will be mailed DIRECTLY to your team parents/guardians cutting out the coaching/leadership staff as the "middle men/women" in the process. This means more time for your team/club leaders to focus on their athletes and members rather than handing out photo packages!
What do I do if my online gallery link has expired?
You will contact me via email, phone, or the contact form on this site to request your link be re-sent. A fee of $20 must be received prior to the link being re-sent.
Props?
SENIORS: You are encouraged to bring items that tell your senior story. Some examples include: letter jackets, automobiles, athletic/band/club uniforms, family pet, best friend, significant other, instrument, class ring, books, favorite hobby items, prom dresses, cap/gown/tassel...the more thought you put into what makes you YOU and, what has made your time in school memorable, the better I can tell your story! If you are not certain on what to include, I am happy to help! Upon booking, you will receive a questionnaire to complete. This will assist you in determining, and sharing with me, the props you intend on bringing.
FAMILIES: you are also welcome to bring items that tell their story...quilts and blankets for example.
ATHLETICS/CLUBS: Stringer Photography does not have access to sports/club equipment representative of every athletic team/club. Thus, we ask that individual athletes bring balls, gloves, bats, protective gear, and the like that best represent their sport for incorporation into the photos. Large equipment such as field goals, bleachers, and scoreboards will be coordinated through the team/club's point of contact and Stringer Photography in the planning phases prior to the on-site photo shoot.
